Mary Louise Wyatt is a printmaker who lives in Mt. Kembla near Wollongong.

She started printmaking in 2003 and experiments with all types of printmaking although etching is her preferred medium.

"In February 2009 my mind was filled with images of the fires that ravaged Victoria, reminding me of bushfires closer to home, around Bathurst and Wollongong, the awesome power of fire and the starkness of the burnt out landscape.....this led to the triptych 'Black Saturday', and an extensive series of monotypes, including ten 'Bushfire' miniatures."
